In late September, members of the Chair of Organization and Management attended the OMTF 2025 conference at the KPM Center for Public Management, University of Bern.

This annual gathering of organizational researchers from across Switzerland provides a unique forum for scholarly exchange on work in progress and pressing societal issues. This year, Benjamin Grossmann-Hensel and Jing You each delivered a presentation and received valuable advice on how to further develop their current papers.

We are very grateful to Claus D. Jacobs, Magdalena Waeber, and Emamdeen Fohim for organizing a great conference, and to all participants for their invaluable feedback. We are already looking forward to the next edition of the OMTF in Fall 2026 at USI Università della Svizzera italiana in Lugano.
