Helmut M. Dietl is Professor of Services & Operations Management in the Department of Business Administration and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center for Research in Sports Administration (CRSA) at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He is Associate Editor of the Journal of Sports Economics. His research focuses on sports economics, sports management, services & operations management, and the economics of organization.
