After three years in the Leadership Team of CareerElixier, Dorothee Winkler steps down as Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) of the group and handover to her successors. CareerElixier is the GRC funded peer-mentoring group for women in academia of the Faculty for Business, Economics, and Informatics of the University of Zurich. The group seeks to support woman in academic by providing not only mutual support among peers, but also by organizing workshops and public panels to enhance social and professional skills.
