About the seminar
We look at various settings where researchers have used sports data to test economic and management theories. The focus is on research practice. Students will use sports data to test their own research ideas and experience a complete research cycle with synchronous and asynchronous work.
By working in small groups, students will choose a subtopic of their interest, identify research questions, collect/interpret data, and communicate results.
