AI increasingly threatens jobs previously considered secure

Rapid advances in artificial intelligence (AI) are impacting jobs that were once considered safe from automation. Occupations such as lawyers, psychologists, writers, and customer service representatives are now facing unexpected competition from advanced AI systems capable of performing tasks like drafting complex legal documents, offering psychological support, and even creating written content.

Experts emphasize that virtually no profession will remain untouched by AI’s development. Prof. Menges specifically highlights that AI’s role is not to entirely replace humans but rather to support and enhance their capabilities. He advises employees to adapt by continuously updating their skills and learning to effectively collaborate with AI technologies to maintain competitiveness in an evolving job market.
