Ove Jensen is a Professor of Marketing and Chair of Business-to-Business Marketing at the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar/Koblenz, Germany. His research interests include price management, key account management, organization and interfaces of marketing and sales, leadership and control in sales, industrial service management, and customer relationship management. His international articles have been published in the Journal of Marketing and in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science.

Ove is the first former WHU student to return to the WHU as an academic chair. He also studied business administration at Emory University (Goizueta Business School), in Atlanta,USA, and at EDHEC in Nice, France. He obtained his PhD from the University of Mannheim. Before joining the WHU, he served as an Assistant Professor of Marketing on the faculty of Mannheim University, Germany. Before his academic career, he worked as a marketing and sales consultant,and then as the managing director of a marketing and sales consulting firm.

Ove will be visiting us in November 2011 and will delight us with an inspiring lecture about his latest research projects.
