Welcome to the chair in Evidence-Based Strategic Management!

Our research focuses on topics related to strategy and decision making, with a particular emphasis on quantitative and experimental methods. We typically derive hypotheses about decision makers exposed to strategic questions and evaluate these hypotheses in large-scale datasets or via the design of field, lab, or online experiments. An exemplary and recent focus of our work concerns experiments about the collaboration of human and AI agents in unstructured decisions.

Our teaching reflects our research interests, and we offer courses on evidence-based strategy, strategic decision making, and microeconomics.
