Chaowei Zhu

Chaowei Zhu joined the Chair in International Management as a PhD Candidate in Fall 2024. He finished his MA in Management and Economics at the University of Zurich in the same year. Previously, he worked in management and policy consulting. His research focuses on strategic management and behavioural theory of the firm (BTOF), including performance feedback theory and upper-echelon theory. He also worked on LLM models for business research.
