Swiss Doctoral Program Network in Accounting Research (DAR)

The Swiss Doctoral Program Network in Accounting Research was founded in 2013. It is a partnership among the Universities of Basel, Bern, Neuchâtel, and Zurich. The core activity of the network is the offer of a competitive doctoral course program in the area of accounting research. The courses cover the relevant set of topics and research methodologies applied in academic accounting research and are taught by leading international experts in their field. The program provides doctoral students with an excellent opportunity to interact with leading accounting researchers and to benefit from their expertise, experience and advice. Successful students will be able to build up their own international research network and to prepare themselves for an academic career in accounting.
