EMBA Change Management Module

Great to see the participants of the Change Management module of the Executive MBA at the University of Zurich so actively engaged.

In his module, David focused on navigating organizational change between strategy, emotions, and transformation. The sessions explored triggers of change, resistance, participation, and culture change, and linked these perspectives to current challenges such as AI transformation, IT security, and global crises.

The live case on the relocation of the Kinderspital Zürich provided particularly insightful reflections on how complex change processes can be carefully prepared, coordinated in real time, and sustained within the organization.
