Letters of Recommendation

In general, we are happy to provide letters of recommendation for students connected to our group in any way. This means that  for a personalized assessment, it is required that you have successfully completed at least one course offered by the department, excluding Mathematics I and II. Alternatively, if you have worked or are currently working as a tutor or research assistant at the chair, you are also eligible. In this case, we kindly request you to attend Professor Dr. Barz's office hours. Please bring along your resume and an up-to-date transcript of your grades. You may collect your evaluation from the department's secretariat approximately 14 days after your meeting with Professor Dr. Barz.

If you have only completed Mathematics I and II, we can provide you with a certificate of attendance, indicating that you have passed the exam, including the grade. No other information can be given in this certificate. However, we encourage you to carefully consider whether such a certificate will be beneficial for your purposes.
