Great ending of AOM2024 with the symposium around equity, diversity and inclusion in strategy. Huge thanks to our panelists for bringing in insights from their respective fields. Laine Pikka-Maaria, Julia Hautz, Eddy Ng and Janet Johansson provided us with provocative ideas on the dimensions through which we can extend diversity and inclusion in organizations (e.g. non-human actors, full inclusion, open mindset) and who should advocate diversity and inclusion within an organization (Can white men be Chief Diversity Officers (CDOs)?).

The conversion that certainly will be continued.
