Guest Lecture Felix Langenmayr
Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Felix Langenmayr, Head of Business Transformation at 20 Minuten (TX Group AG), to our Organization and Management lecture.
Felix provided a fascinating overview of the dramatic transformation the TX Group has undergone since 2008, when it decided to expand into digital marketplaces. He then delved into how the TX Group, and 20 Minuten in particular, collaborates with various types of consultancies to navigate their business challenges. He shared valuable insights on working with internal, hybrid, and external consultancies to support leaders in strategic decision-making.
