We are delighted to share that our new researcher in residence has arrived: Jing You from the School of Management at Fudan University, China, will be staying with us at the UZH Chair of Organization and Management for one year.

Jing is a doctoral student of Prof. Dr. Shenghui Ma an esteemed Chair alumnus. Jing’s research interests revolve around categories. Drawing on archival data, she examines how categories evolve over time.
