Logging into a printer the traditional way

Because we are accounting for your printing, copying and scanning activities, you are required to
log in to the printer.

For logging into the printer please pull out the keyboard of the printer and use your

•     Username: your shortname
•     Password: your BUSINESS domain password

to login.

Your BUSINESS domain password may not be the same as your Microsoft 365 or ZI password. Our system is separated from the system that UZH ZI runs.

If you are not sure what your BUSINESS domain password is, please use the one you would usually use to logon to your own computer system.
