Our research explores fundamental questions in personnel and education economics, focusing on skill allocation in labor markets and occupational sorting by gender. Using empirical methods and large-scale field experiments in Switzerland, we generate novel insights into these areas.
Our teaching is closely aligned with these research priorities. We offer undergraduate and graduate courses in Personnel Economics, equipping students with analytical tools to understand and address challenges in organizations and labor markets. For more details, please visit Teaching.
