Welcome to the Chair of Business Economics, with a focus on Personnel Economics and Economics of (Vocational) Education!

Our research explores fundamental questions in personnel and education economics, focusing on skill allocation in labor markets and occupational sorting by gender. Using empirical methods and large-scale field experiments in Switzerland, we generate novel insights into these areas.
