Benjamin joined the Chair of HRM & Leadership as a Semester Assistant in June 2023. He has successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Banking & Finance at the University of Zurich. In addition to his academic achievements, he has gained valuable experience by working in various organizations across different areas, including HR consulting, Technology, and a foundation.

Currently, Benjamin is pursuing further studies in Management and Economics at the University of Zurich. His academic interests lie in exploring the impact of technology on leadership and organizations, examining how individuals collaborate with such technologies, and delving into the utilization of emotional intelligence. For his bachelor's thesis, he employed qualitative research methods to investigate how organizations can exploit the benefits of emotional intelligence within the appropriate situational context.

Outside of his academic pursuits, he enjoys traveling the world, dedicating time to training and learning about Icelandic horses, and cherishing moments with his family and friends.
