Katharina joined the Chair of Human Resource Management and Leadership as a Semester Assistant in April 2024. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies and Business Administration in 2021. Katharina then gained valuable experience in working on various HR projects and is currently persuing her master’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Behavioral Economics.

She is especially interested in emotional intelligence, behavioral patterns in strategic decision making as well as in change/transformation processes.

Personally, Katharina enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading books in Zurichs cafés, jogging and travelling.
