Background:

Laura completed her Bachelor and Master studies in Social Economics at the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg. The focus of her studies was on the sociology and economics of education and labor. She spent one term at the Universidad de Chile (Facultad economía y negocios) in Santiago de Chile studying Ingeniería Comercial. From 2019 to 2023 she worked as a Student Research Assistant at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) in Nuremberg at the department of “Establishments and Employment” and “Education, Training, and Employment Over the Life Course”.
