Background:
Patricia completed her Bacherlor's and Master's studies in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration at the University of Zurich, where she specialized in Social, Organizational and Business Psychology. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant at the Chair for Empirical Research in Business, Industrial Relations and HRM as well as at the Chair for Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Zurich and completed an internship at a business consultancy. Patricia joined the chair of Prof. Backes-Gellner as a PhD student in Summer 2019. She was a Visiting Student Researcher at Stanford University from January 2022 to June 2022.
